Food truck bringing authentic “Jamaica Mi Hungry Flavor” to you!
Open Monday – Friday from 11am – 6pm
In the parking lot of 182 Western Ave, Allston
In June of 2020, we welcomed Jamaica Mi Hungry and its iconic food truck to the parking lot of 182 Western Ave in Allston before Chef Ernie began taking over the rotating pop-up restaurant space. After more than two years of dishing out lunch and dinner from their temporary brick and mortar home, the team is transitioning their operations back to the truck and is ready to bring authentic “Jamaica Mi Hungry Flavor” to you as they plot the next step in their journey.
The menu features Chef Campbell’s signature dishes like Jerk Chicken, Oxtail, coconut rice and beans, sweet plantains, and several vegetarian/vegan options.
While we say goodbye to our retail resident since 2020, we’re excited to see what the future holds for this experimental Western Ave space.
Jamaica Mi Hungry is the brain-child of Chef Ernie Campbell. In 2015 Jamaica Mi Hungry launched it’s first food-truck and expanded the company’s reach by adding pop-up restaurant services. In 2016 JMiH introduced it’s first brick and mortar restaurant location on Hampton Beach in New Hampshire.
