PUNK ROCK AEROBICS

After one IRL Punk Rock Aerobics class Covid-19 forced us to go virtual with the rest of the series. Even so, we came together as a community to relieve stress and kick ass each Tuesday evening through April and May—with over 10k views and 600+ participants joining us! 

Started in Boston back in 2000 and led by Hilken Mancini, Punk Rock Aerobics is the original DIY workout that rocks out by combining original punk dance moves with aerobic exercise. Check out our videos below to join in on this empowering, inclusive, and fun workout where you can laugh your ass off. Infused with the humor, attitude, and aesthetics that are integral to the identity of punk and DIY, PRA celebrated their 20th year of saying NO to limiting notions of beauty, fitness, and ability.
