Rabottini’s Pizza

Rabottini’s Pizza has been slinging unique and acclaimed pizza every Friday at Bagelsaurus in Cambridge for a year and a half, and now they’re in Allston as a program of Zone 3. The Pizza pop-up is part of an on-going exploration of pizza-making and a way to bring new energy to Barry’s Corner as they experiment with dough, sauce, and cheese.

Rabottini’s is the passion project of Dan Roberts, a long time pizza maker, baker and vegetable farmer. Their menu features incredible square pizza, salads and small plates that all draw on the seasonal bounty of the region and Dan’s relationships with local producers developed over his decade as a vegetable grower at nearby Waltham Fields Community Farm.

Rabottini’s tastes run toward new takes on classics, letting superior ingredients and fresh local produce take center stage while showcasing the distinctively crackly, chewy, light and tender hand-made dough. It’s the dough that Dan is really obsessed with and this attention to detail comes through in every bite.
