Adam goes by The Trash Bandit as an artist. He created his street art character The Trash Bandit just over 2 years ago. He considers himself a mixed media street artist. He has done some small canvas work in addition to making stickers and paste ups. He creates works digitally or by hand to create stickers and paste ups for the streets and sent to festivals around the world. Work has been featured at Art Basel Miami, DC Street Sticker Expo 5.0, and in Street Character Chronicles Vol. 1.

Born: Manchester, NH

Currently lives: Greater Boston Area

Title of artwork: Skyline Views

What’s it about? When I first got into graffiti and street art it didn’t take long to learn about The Grand Junction Bridge. It has been legendary graffiti spot for iconic writers from all over the world for many years. It’s iconic location over the Charles River, underneath the Boston University Bridge and stunning skyline view to the East. This piece was about fulfilling my goal as a street artist to “tag” and have a piece at this iconic location in our city.

Where else can we find your work? Stickers can be found all around the city, New England, and the world! Be on the look out for bandits on the streets!

Where is your favorite public art piece in the area? I enjoy going to Underground Ink Block great feel and setting for all the art!

What would your last meal be? Lobster Mac n’ Cheese

If it was your turn to host book club, which title would you choose? The Count of Monte Cristo

Go-to karaoke song? Never done karaoke

What have you learned about your creative practice over the last year? I’ve learned to work at my own pace, to do some research and learn the best ways or techniques when trying new things, and how to stay dedicated to creating.
