Born: Worcester

Currently lives: Watertown, MA

Title of artwork: Nudibranch

What’s it about? I love the ocean, and I often find myself making artwork of it’s many beautiful and weird creatures. Nudibranch are featured in this piece, also known as sea slugs. Original artwork created with watercolor pencil.

Where else can we find your work? On social media, and at local events

Where is your favorite public art piece in the area? I don’t know the name of the artist, but there’s a little sad-expressional ghost tag that I see all the time in my area, I’m always excited to see it. I’d love to meet the graffiti artist who sneaks these up around town <3

What would your last meal be? Sushi. Conveyor belt sushi buffet!

If it was your turn to host book club, which title would you choose? The Gift of Fear

Go-to karaoke song? I’ve sung karaoke maybe twice in my life, so I don’t have one.

Favorite place in Allston/Brighton for takeout? Coreanos or Bonchon for some really excellent korean fried chicken

What have you learned about your creative practice over the last year? Nothing can stop me from creating! And I was right to hoard all these art supplies

A piece of advice you would give to your pre-pandemic self? You deserve so much better
