TIFFANY MALLERY

Tiffany Mallery is an illustrator and comics maker based out of Boston. She loves eggs, drawing girls, making bad jokes, and creating self-indulgent zines about her many obsessions. Past clients including NPR, Thrillist, Everytown, and Winter Tangerine. She has dreams of illustrating a YA graphic novel that the ALA deems too provocative (but its not provocative at all) and it gets banned. Or it would be cool to illustrate a graphic novel, even without any controversy. She is very passionate about food, community, and the color pink. Please contact at any time with questions about commissions or even just to say hi!

ARTIST Q&A

Born: Honolulu, Hawaii
Currently lives: Cambridge, MA

Title of artwork: Goodbye Vitamin D

What’s it about? It’s just a playful illustration of a sun with a body. Kind of an ode to the end of summer and long days where soon we will all have to turn on our sun lamps or start taking vitamin D supplements to stave off the upcoming winter!!

Where else can we find your work? On my website or my instagram!

Where do you find your inspiration? I really admire my local peers, including by not limited to: Danielle Maio, Jen Epervary, Josh Cornillon, etc. They really shape my work and inspire me in everything I do! I also find inspiration in books and comics that I read, the internet, literally any media I consume (emphasis on music), and things I encounter in the world.

If you could invite one person to dinner (dead or alive) who would it be? I’d like to invite Eiichiro Oda, the writer/artist of One Piece, to dinner so I can ask him how it ends.

Favorite Season? The inbetweeners, fall + spring, but mostly fall.

What was the last TV show you binge-watched? Mr. Robot. I even had a dream about it the other night. It’s incredible!

Favorite place to eat in Allston/Boston? I don’t go often but i am OBSESSED with BBQ Chicken on Harvard Ave
